Diet is the action to
the make a body more slim. Mostly People who have diet is teenage girl. The
common reason is to look good.
But not everyone has diet on the right way. Most of them are using slimming drugs that have bad effects on the health of the body or they reduce their food portions. Sometimes with what they've done that they have health problems. and although they managed to make their body more slim, but with a slim body thay would look unhealthy / sick.

I personally have ever
been on a diet in high school. What I did is to reduce food portions and
consume slimming drug. That was a mistake because I did not diet with the
correct procedure. By reducing the size of the meal, I feel very weak while
undergoing activity, it is because the energy comes from food. So if i reduce
the portion makes my body becomes weak and without power.
Slimming diet by
eating drugs is more eficient. That proved to myself. After a few weeks I take
the drug, I felt my weight down, it is characterized by the clothes I wore
became loose. From my experience after taking slimming drug that our body will
feels weak. It was because of drug reactions in our body.
So, the conclusion is
do not do the diet with things that can cause problems in our body that can
make our body unhealthy.
